Houston’s Biggest Sale Celebrates 10 Years! benefiting MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital

tres chic women's boutique will be at the sale in Houston Texas

It’s time for incredible markdowns at The Sale Houston! This shopping extravaganza held at Bayou City Event Center features Houston's premier boutiques, at one location, with dramatically discounted merchandise. Discounts start at 20% and reach up to 75% from over 50 popular Houston boutiques.

Presented by Houston Tri Delta Philanthropies, Inc., (HTDP) the fundraising arm of the Houston Tri Delta Alumnae Chapter, this event was the vision of some very determined Houston Tri Deltas with a passion to fund lifesaving research for children diagnosed with cancer. The proceeds from this year’s "shop to cure childhood cancer" event benefit MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital. The Sale has raised over 1.6 million dollars in nine years - helping children around the world.

“We are celebrating our 10th year of this incredibly successful event.  We are a group of women with various backgrounds and interests from across the United States who pledged Tri Delta in college, some as recently as last year and some many decades ago.  We come together with a mission to raise money to advance research for curing children's cancer. After this year's contribution, we will surpass the $2 million mark. Thank you for your generous and unwavering support of our beloved event,” says Michele Lipscomb, HTDP President.

What’s in store for The Sale’s 10th anniversary? The team is excited to bring on 13 first-time boutiques, a luxury raffle courtesy of Tenenbaum Jewelers and Woody’s Furs, a photo booth plus the event underwent a complete branding makeover including new logos and website!

The Sale kicks off Thursday, Jan. 11. Sponsors and underwriters receive early access followed by Preview Party - a ticketed option for dedicated shoppers including VIP Lounge access, champagne, valet parking, and elevated bites. General admission shopping runs from Friday, January 12 through Saturday, January 13 from 9am – 4pm. Event tickets can be purchased through their website, thesalehouston.com.
